Cancellations made 48 hours in advance of the shoot are eligible for a full refund.

If you cancel or do not show up within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total fee.

** A mandatory video call (approximately 10 minutes) via Zoom/ Google Meet is required to go over project needs for Video Reel, Concept Art, Casting, Production & Post-Production services before any booking is confirmed. **

2. We’ll follow up via email (info@soulsentinelproductions.com) to schedule a brief video call and go over your project needs (for services which require a video call).

3. You will receive a link to book your session and view payment options for the initial deposit (if you choose not to pay in full in advance).

** You can skip all of the above and go straight to booking for Headshot/Self-Tape/Slate-Shot/Monologue/Reel-Editing services. Filling out the Headshot form is recommended but not required. **
