We're based in LIC, NYC (43-01 22nd street), just minutes from the E and M trains (Court Square station stop).
-Yes, a 10% discount applies for purchases of multiple services
-10% student discount offered (Must provide proof of enrollment)
-10% discount is offered to returning clients
-Additionally, 1 complimentary 30-minute self-tape session is also provided for a purchase of a headshot/ video reel session
**If a discount applies, please use Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or Cash as payment method. For questions about your discount eligibility or discounted rate, feel free to email us! **
In order to secure your spot, we require a 25% deposit within 72 hours of the chosen shoot date. The remaining balance is to be paid at the end of the shoot, although paying in full is recommended.
In addition to credit card payments, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, and Cash are also accepted.
Cancellations made 48 hours in advance of the shoot are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel or do not show up within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total fee.
Yes! A 10% fee applies to the normal rate.
Kindly fill out the Google Form for your desired service(s).
We’ll follow up via email (info@soulsentinelproductions.com) to schedule a brief video call and go over your project needs (for services which require a video call).
You will receive a link to book your session and view payment options for the initial deposit (if you choose not to pay in full in advance).
** For Casting and Concept Art services, you will be receiving an NDA via email. **
** A mandatory video call (approximately 10 minutes) via Zoom/ Google Meet is required to go over project needs for Video Reel, Concept Art, Casting, Production & Post-Production services before any booking is confirmed. **
** You can skip all of the above and go straight to booking for Headshot/Self-Tape/Slate-Shot services. The Headshots form is recommended but not required. **
